TO THE
CANADIAN TRIBUNAL

It has come to our attention that the Canadian Jewish Congess (CJC) has filed a formal complaint with the Canadian Human Rights Commission against a web site called the Ukrainian Archive, seeking to shut it down. That web site's webmaster, Lubomyr Prytulak, is an intelligent writer and he will have no trouble defending his many fine articles against the standard smears and defamations of the Jewish Lobby. (We think, for example, his thorough examination of the Judeocentric mass media's widely disparate portrayals of recent Catholic and Jewish clerical moral failings is one of the best -- and most convincing -- exposes on the Internet.)

What is of special interest to us is that the Ukrainian Archive has a link to this web site, Jewish Tribal Review, and this link is alleged by the CJC to be, by Canadian law, illegal -- i.e., a reason to shut down Prytulak's web site (see complaint number 4, at the bottom of the UA page). Why? Because in the CJC world view, The Jewish Tribal Review is "antisemitic" and is thereby a manifestation of "hate." And in politically mutilated Canada, as in much of the West, the government is entitled -- as a service to the growing inanities of monolithic multiculturalism and at the behest of the many Judeocentric watchdogs -- to block such "hate" from public view.

Now, what exactly is "hate?" Whatever you might suggest, the only definition that really counts is the one created by politically powerful and influential puffballs and blowhards sitting in surreal meeting rooms, mapping out strategies to completely homogenize all ethnic, racial, and religious groups, dreaming up tribunals and Thought Police mechanisms wherin self-defined social entities are legally rendered to be beyond public (and even private) criticism. And when such totalitarian edicts come from the bureaucratic maze of government, we can anticipate an artificially engineered social landscape that is partly from the pages of Alice In Wonderland as she spins down the rabbit hole, and the rest from the ominous legacy of works about political totalitarianism by a grimacing George Orwell (chastized, by the way, by some Jews for his own "anti-semitic" writing -- read his Out in Paris and London, 1933).

Although no such bureaucratic propaganda team would ever admit to the obvious (If things are obvious why have a committee or commission about it?), all their reports and dictates from the government directive factory have a very specfic subtext: In the interests of the citizenry, which is the state, which is really we who make decisions and edicts for you, You Will Think THIS.

In other words, if you've got the gall to challenge the powerful (the folks who have the clout to determine for us all what "hate" is in the first place), chances are you're going to end up on the "hate" list they produce. This kind of Jewish censorship is going on all around the world, by CJC's Jewish Lobby Machine counterparts everywhere, all united in their efforts to legally veil Jewry and their death totem Israel from the critical realm.

This web site has been labeled as "antisemitic" and we routinely deconstruct that as an expression of Judeocentric totalitarianism. We've argued with the compiler of a "hate site" directory, we've argued in the context of dictatorial web site search engine nomenclature, and other battles. Everywhere the struggle for truth about the subject of Jewish power is one against censorship and an enforced marginalization (i.e., "You are antisemitic because we say so and, once labeled as such, we plan that you will be toxified by virtue of our label that condemns you -- on all counts -- as morally and intellectually bankrupt.")

By Judeocentric definition, anyone who criticizes the Jewish community's beliefs and practices as a collective entity is an "antisemite," and thereby subject to categorical prohibition of free speech.

What is this censorial scam about, really?

The Jewish Lobby has nestled their expressly political creed, Zionism, like a monster's egg into the nest of Western multiculturalism. Hence, as laws everywhere in the West are invoked to protect ethnic, religious, and racial minorities from criticism as collective entities, Jewish identity slides like a phantom amidst all these sacred categories, taking refuge from criticism of ethnicity, religion, or race in the Jewish claim to all of them. But is the most salient connecting Jewish tissue that all Jews are of the same ethnicity? No. Same ideas about religion? No. Race? Not necessarily. Those who call themselves Jews vary greatly on all these counts. The most important roots to Jewish collective identity today may be found in their convictions about the so-called Holocaust and their devotion to the military garrison state of Israel. These two themes are deeply entwined and are rooted deeply in world Jewish culture and identity. And one of the foremost markers of today's Jewish identity is a vehement loathing of anyone who dares to criticize them -- generically defined as an "antisemite."

When we at The Jewish Tribal Review criticize Jews we criticize an elitist ideology. Is it a "hate" crime to criticize communism? Capitalism? Democrats? Republicans? The Jewish collective is one that uses race, religion, and ethnicity to shield from public scrutiny its fervent social and political ethnocentric activism towards collective self-aggrandizement. It is even common parlance in the Jewish community to charge "antisemitism" against those who dare to impugn the ideology of Zionism, the racist political foundation of the state of Israel. Is the Jewish Tribal Review bigoted?

In the spirit of open access to contesting ideas, The Jewish Tribal Review has links (at our home page!) to all sorts of web sites, including the Canadian Jewish Congress, the Anti-Defamation League and dozens of others we reject as Judeocentric propaganda venues. We invite readers to examine their contesting world views and arguments and compare their statements of facts, goals, and morality to ours. We don't fear an open discussion of ideas and evidence, the way they do. We have no need to censor whatever they say, just the desire to counter it with the evidence that will always rebut them. For their part, the weakest and most fraudulent argument on Earth (theirs) is the demand that a nemesis be censored without being heard. That is, of course, a classical expression of fascism, wherein the powerful close free public discourse -- especially about themselves. Kings do that. Dictators do that. Fascists and totalitarians of all sorts aim to crush those who might dare to say anything critical about them. Only totalitarians decree that they are the only ones who should be allowed to determine the truth about themselves.

The CJC has contempt for the very foundation of democracy, which assumes that all voices must be heard and that a truly educated public will make the best choices for itself. Propaganda organizations like the Canadian Jewish Congress not only think -- but demand -- that their grotesquely ethnocentric and pro-Israel positions are beyond public scrutiny. The CJC's attempt at naked censorship in all directions has become cartoon-like as they run around with their big black insulation blankets and gagging tape, including their recent obscene attempt to ban Al-Jazeera (the CNN of the Arab world) from the airwaves of Canada. A couple years ago they embarked on a censorial war against Canada's Muslims. Their recent efforts to censor a film at a high school even outraged a Jewish student, Max Silverman.

But like all Jewish propaganda organizations, the CJC is a bastion of hypocrisy. In light of its censorial foundation against ideas it doesn't like, it is profoundly audacious in highlighting at its web site an "op-ed" article entitled "A marketplace of ideas, not a monopoly" by a former Canadian Jewish Congress intern -- Tia Goldenberg, who is (surprise!) also a dual Israel-Canada citizen and former Israel soldier. Goldenberg's complaint, of course, is that she's tired of hearing criticism of Israel and the Iraq war on campus -- a war which so greatly benefits Jewish interests.

We think that the reasoned reader, afforded open access to the full plate of information, will inevitably recognize groups like the Canadian Jewish Congress to be Judeocentric propagandists and completely fraudulent as endorsers of an open "marketplace of ideas."

Which ideology, the CJC's or ours, is a clear manifestation of intolerance and "bigotry." Which should be condemned by truly democratic agencies? We suggest that the mark of the true bigot is the fear of free exchange in the marketplace of ideas. It is he who chooses to scheme with stealth through thick cigar smoke in back rooms and the corridors of political power in an attempt to silence views that can never be successfully challenged in the good, clean, open air.

Which is the real threat to genuine democracy, human rights, and free speech?
